Meet with freeway rick for what? The man just wanted money and why oh him? Nobody supported rozay and fed into it because they thought he was freeway rick . Dude got out broke and dusty and wanted a come up. Ross came out I was like 14 I ain’t eem know who freeway rick was yet.

Me and you agree on a lot of stuff. Both are Ross fans, and are level-headed. As a Ross fan, that’s my only knock on him. I personally feel like he should’ve thrown the real Freeway Rick Ross a bone. Maybe not a dinosaur bone, but atleast an ostrich sized bone

All i know is that Ross gets A LOT of benefit of the doubt from people on this site when it comes to the status of his career.... In terms of popularity & impact outside of ones fanbase, Ross has been really lacking. Now for me that's not much of a thing because i care about the quality of the music more than anything.

However ya'll love to use Sales, relevance, Club bangers etc etc as a way too tune out other artist and downplay them & completely ignore that in terms of that ross ain't have much pull in that regards in about 4-5 years.

Mans ain't have a gold single or album since 2014, and all those albums from Mastermind - Black Market were considered mediocre in terms of acclaim. Ross my ***** i hate it had to be him, but ya'll don't lend this kind of leeway to other artist in a similar position.

WHO CARES about their opinion. I wouldn’t want acclaim from some of these fickle people who don’t even have a decent musical palette to warrant an opinion. You’re determining someone’s quality of music, based of opinions of people who like to be “trolls” or don’t even KNOW about certain styles of music?

Ross last album in 2017 sold 105K first week and was critically acclaimed. There aren’t too many 40+ year old veterans that can do that. He’s STILL musically and comercially relevant and his artist Meek is on of the biggest rappers in the game.

50 isn’t relevant musically at all.

Hood Billionaire and Mastermind were the only ones I feel like were meh, don't think I listened to more than once. GFID was basically Great Value Deeper Than Rap. Rather You Than Me, Black Market, and Black Dollar were all good though.

Yea those 3 songs weren't at all the ones to try to prove 50 is/was better lyrically than Ross

There are COUNTLESS examples. ***** just rapped on par with Jay Z on “What’s free” a few weeks ago . I’ll just leave Santoni Greece here since its fairly recent....and because it gives me an excuse to vibe to it.
