Background info: 15 albums down. If not the first, one of the first Latino rapper. First artist on Ruthless Records. Rivalry of Ice-T. Dr. Dre and DJ Yella used to be his DJ. He helped form the Latin Alliance - basically put all the Latin American rappers during that time under one album.
Mellow Man Ace predates him
but La Raza got play when I was young, but I never thought he was that good of a rapper
