He would probably make the top 10.
But Scarface catalog is a lot better than his. Andre and Boi are way better rappers than him. Still put BG and Juvie higher than him. Always preferred Ross and TIP over him. Just never looked at Wayne as some all time great rapper. His music is lacking.

Soon as i pressed play on this i could tell this was released during the span of time when i quit wayne.
Laughing between bars/always seen with a double cup- wayne was a horrible wayne.
