Not going to lie, I understand Gibbs’ frustration. Apparently Spitta just doesn’t promote his music and for a guy like Freddie, he could have more fans.

Gibbs getting way too emotional about the rap game. Considering how long it took for him to get on, I would think he would do more to get along with other rappers, or at least do less to beef with cats. Sucks cuz that Griselda X Gibbs, with Alchemist production was the perfect lane for him to pop.

I understand where Gibbs is coming from but that’s not how Spitta operates. And Fetti was a fan service project more than anything. It was never going to get a major press run or tour. Especially when Spitta was gearing up to go on tour with Wiz for the 2009 tour.

I haven’t seen Curren$y promote tapes past the release so idk why he would expect a different response. To be fair, Fetti was great, still gets spins today.
