Neither are getting paid from the videos. You have to enter a partnership with YouTube to do that and before you can, your videos have to be popular.
She's not getting anything from the iTunes sales either. I'm sure Ark is keeping all profits made. The song and video is their property.

Did anyone else find the backwards version a little disturbing?
Usually when a song is played backwards there are only a few random words that someone could pick out of the gibberish.
But with this song, I seem to hear whole phrases.
But then again the mind can play tricks on you when listening to records backwards.
I will post what I think it says when I get home, and have a chance to reverse the song for myself.
I want to make sure, that what I think I heard was not inserted into the song by someone on youtube.

Why is it so wildly popular, out of nowhere.
Despite its bad singing and terrible lyrics, it is still catchy as hell.
This is what made me want to listen to it backwards.
First I listened on youtube. Then I reversed the track myself, using Flstudio's Edison.
If you are going to listen I suggest that you flip the track yourself. The sound quality will be better than the videos posted on youtube.
