As an insurance professional, I can tell you that is false. It’s easier to pay claims than to deny them. Litigation is wild expensive. However, you can only pay for items covered by a policy that are damaged by a covered peril. Policies don’t cover everything, they are contracts that list specifically what’s covered.

As already stated, Flight Club and similar stores been robbing people for years. They’ll get their insurance checks and keep it moving.

A few weeks back, I was looking into the whole process of sending a few pairs of kicks to Goat but disregarded the notion figuring COVID would slow up the process and keep me in limbo. Glad I did not.

I'm just glad they already paid me.
