As an insurance professional, I can tell you that is false. It’s easier to pay claims than to deny them. Litigation is wild expensive. However, you can only pay for items covered by a policy that are damaged by a covered peril. Policies don’t cover everything, they are contracts that list specifically what’s covered.

As already stated, Flight Club and similar stores been robbing people for years. They’ll get their insurance checks and keep it moving.

Insurance companies either lowball or deny the claim. Its a business. As an insurance professional, you're telling me your company is paying out every single claim in the highest amount possible?

The average Joe isnt going to sue anyone. Like I said, insurance companies have attorneys on payroll and DGAF. So many technicalities and dirty tricks they use in their favor.
