I know right. Usually FSU would give us a boost, but they're about as good as Troy is

Enjoy that University of California education. I love that little sister school.

Aren't you still in high school? You don't even go to Stanfurd, only curt2121 has the right to say something like that.

WVA wins Big East
O$U wins Big XII

No way WVU wins the Big East FWIW. . Stewart can't coach for %$@@, and replacing Pat White is going to be a struggle.

Yes I am in high school. I dont even want to go to Stanford. It's just funny how arrogant Cal Fans are.

And on the real, I don't even hate Stanfurd as much as other Cal fans. I believe Harbaugh will get them bowl-eligible next year. This year they werestopped short by Cal

, but they were close. He's doing a good jobtrying to build a respectable winning program.

People might laugh at ND, but every loss they had this year, minus Syracuse, was against an eventual bowl team. They should improve next season.

I don't know, but Texas didn't look impressive against Ohio State, just sayin'.

We are losing a lot of personnel on defense, much like 2005. However, unlike 2005, most of the people leaving will be replaced by players that are already inthe system. Our defensive line is going to be better next season, it is going to be faster. The D will be fast, their discipline will result in broken plays. It won't be surprising to see the D, give up a couple of big plays next season.

The offense is only losing Patrick Turner,

are you seriously going to underestimate Oregon State again, not to mention USC had soem struggles against Arizona, Stanford, & UCLA. so letsnot make it seem like they cruised the pac 10 last year.

I would love to finally see UF and USC, but I just don't think we will.

I could give a damn if Spikes comes back, however, if Harvin stays that would shock me.

I am not underestimating them, I just don't think they will beat us at home. We struggled mightily on the road last year, including the loss to OSU. Arizona was a tough game, going to Tucson and barely pulling it out,
smh.gif
. The team struggled in the first half against Stanford, but the second half was gravy. I wouldn't call it struggling against UCLA, unless all you looked at was the score. Sure we didn't punch it in more often, but their offensedidn't do squat after that TD (157 total yds offense to our 478, 7 first downs to our 33).

I just don't see a loss at the Coliseum. You are right though, there is always the anomaly, like the Stanford game (
smh.gif
). Our offense will be good nextyear, our defense will have some growing pains. The only game they came out flat at the Coliseum was the ASU game, and they waxed them 28-0. Every other gamewas a blowout.

Oregon State won't win at USC next year.

USC though, hasn't won a game in the state of Oregon since the 2005 season...

I'm actually kind of excited for that game, since I might be taking the trip to Autzen. It is either that or the Shoe in Columbus.

Call me a homer but Cal's chance against USC is higher this time around; we aren't playing them in November, and it's a home game. I wouldn'tbet on it, but I feel it'll be a helluva game, possibly like the last time we beat them.

The Pac-10 is getting stronger...of course UW/WSU still need work, but you get the point

I don't know about our D-Line being better next season. Fili was big in clogging the middle and Kyle was good in coverage. When you considerwe have a brand new LB corp, I'm not comfortable with Malik and Everson being the ends considering both are speed pass-rushers.

Oregon St. won't do anything at the Coliseum - bank on it. Last time, they beat us in LA was in the 60's; the Coliseum will be charged upfor revenge.

Kyle Moore was good in coverage, because he wasn't great at rushing the QB,
laugh.gif
. His long arms made him good in coverage. Fili will be missed, but I thinkthe speed at the ends is going to make the D-Line better. A rotation of Malik, Everson, Kennard and Perry,
eek.gif
. I think Tupou and Armstead will make a solid DT tandem. If Mays comes back,
eek.gif
. We will have a solid defensive unit, young, but solid.

The LB corp is young, but Galippo has been filling in for Maualuga (when he gets gassed) this past season. They looked good in mop up duty, let's see ifthey put it together. I feel good about the unit stepping in. Unlike 2005,
smh.gif
. People forget that the defense was garbage that year, especially after theheart of the D, Lofa, bolted early.
