Is that specifically said? No. But the article is a thinly veiled anti- white rant. It has nothing to do with his murder and the author clearly just used the event as a platform for this message. The author makes sure to say almost always "white" racism. Somehow him having blonde hair all goes back to centralized white racism. The fact that he wanted white women is a result of white racism. It's all a crock.

his idealization of the white race and what it means to be represented as one in society was the basis for his desire for white women.

the author didnt use this as platform, rogers did, thats why he wrote the manifesto in the first place.

the distinction of "white racism" that you mention is the difference between white racists and normal, non-racist white people.

his hair color was to show much he wanted to be white that he changed his hair to look more like a white male as he grew up.

Dude, he felt entitled.  Now why did he feel entitled.............because of his ideology of white privilege.  When he saw black dudes at his school getting with the "blonde hair" girls that he desired and he himself couldn't get with those same chicks, or those same chicks wouldn't show him the time of day even with his money and new BMW he simply couldn't understand why.
