Should there be a section in NT that doesn't have rules?

We tried, but it was a lamer version of NT General forum after the novelty of seeing boobies and cursing wore off.
There's something about getting lulz while tip-toeing around the rules that makes General great.

I was part of a music forum a while back and everything went downward when the admin and mods decided to open something called No Holds Barred. Post count wars, porn posts, etc etc etc. Lots of lulz, but it messed everything else up.
