Those look like 2011 Concords,the same shape as the new retro XI's,tinted sole and brand new but I think he got the 45 put on the back.

Q, 2011's shouldn't have #45 on them. Maybe JB is going the opposite route?!? SpaceJam's were supposed to have #45 & these #23.

im not feeling the tinted blue sole

, just dont think it mixes well with the black/white upper of the concords. 
 
And the 45 is wrong . Even my mum knows MJ's playing number is 23 !!!
