Nero and Wendy have turned their lives around though. Nero was one of the realest dudes on that show. He said he wanted out of the streetcat life and he went and did it. It took a while but he got out safe with his son.

Tara was their only hope. Jax ****** up, should've walked away when he had his chance.

Got Opie and his old lady killed too.

As if that wasnt bad enough he had to get his own lady and the mother of his youngest son killed.

Dude was a monumental **** up and knocked Clay off his Perch only to pick up the gun runner biz in his stead. Only he drew way more attention to the club than Clay ever did.

If son curbed his pride a lot of folks would be alive today.

Instead the coward took his own life guaranteeing his sons would grow up bastards.

Nero is leaving that life to raise his son, so Jax knew his sons would be good with Nero, far from Charming. Wendy been about the mom life since out of rehab. Now that Abel knows whats up with her, its only more motivation for her to stay clean.

speaking of Alonzo Harris the ending to training day was absolutely horrible

if i recall correctly, there was an alternate ending to training day on the dvd.  its been so long since i watched that, i cant even remember what it was though.

It wasn't that much diff than actual one

If I recall correctly, Alonzo still got blasted but the only diff in the ending was Ethan Hawke coming home and the 4 wise men police detectives or whatever they were; were waiting for him and basically asked him if he wanted to keep the money he seized from Alonzo (and in a subtle way; ask him to keep all this corruption on the DL) and Hawke basically told them to go F themselves and shut the door on them.

I know I'm late as hell but I just started watching the series. Middle of season 4 and Juice just offed that new patch after he caught him with the coke.

Sons of Anarchy has been a medicore show to me. I stopped watching it 2 years ago. My friend told me to continue on through season 5, since I only watched the premiere. That's when I stopped watching. 

I'm on ep. 10 of season 5 and 

This season has been great! The amount of .... that happens in each episode of season 5 is ....ing ridiculous.

I'm out before I get spoiled.

Exactly.

I think i liked the IDEA of Jax more than Jax the actual character. After digesting the finale I stepped back and really looked at the bigger picture.

Dude let down his loved ones and failed his mission every step of the way.

I hate to even say that because a part of me really wanted him to win but man he ****** up.

Should've swallowed his pride and let Clay do his thing. He could have left with Tara and lived life.

Should of let Opie walk away too, its his fault Opie got sucked back in and it's his fault Opie's ol lady died.

Jax man...smh.

you guys should go listen to the lyrics of "Adam Raised a Cain." it's by Bruce Springsteen and was used in the beginning of the last episode. Ties in with what Jax was going through.

Jax really cleaned the house:

-Guns went to the Mayans
-Drugs went to the Niners
-Sons of Anarchy get something of a new beginning, operating out of the ice cream parlor, just a motorcycle club making porn, no longer involved with the guns or drug trade
-Evil Cop Borosky - Dead
-Evil gangster land-developer Marks - Dead
-TM Garage, not rebuilt, to be sold by Wendy
-All memories of John Teller burned
-All of Jax's stuff romanticizing the Sons and his father's vision burned
-Jax makes Nero promise to tell the boys he was a criminal, nothing more
-Boys out of Charming forever

Like he told Chibs on the roof in Oakland, it's what's best for his family.
As for the blowbacks for the deaths of the aforementioned affiliates of those departed, that's on Chibs now.

They won't. The Irish probably blew them all up the day after and making Trinity blow people in the Irish Redwoody.

How is the IRA finished? Plus Connor srill has to set things up. He was on the run before samcro helped him out. He said he was getting guns from rogue IRA. Don't know how big that group is but there's still 3 Irish kings out there who are going to be mad.
