I would do HIIT...mainly sprints.  If you have a football field near where you live, just sprint the enitre 100yds 10 times. 

So it would go...sprint 100 (90-95%  effort)...walk back the 100 yds...

Rinse and repeat for 10 sets...boom! Proteinz everywhere.

If you really want to beast though, use a parachute during the sprints (like I do it

it has side effects as one. be careful .

yeah ive done alot of research on it before i bought it so I feel ready

the only reason i bought is because i think my body is at a point where it WANTS to be the weight that I am now (195 lbs, 11% bodyfat)

but i feel like i can really push it to the next level and get to single digit bodyfat.

Have you experimented with the product before? Given your response, it sounds like you've dabbled with it

i have not dabbled with it.
but have had many friends run it.

reaaallll bad stomach pains.

throwing up at some point too.

alot of people i know at my gym love to run anavar as a cutter.

great fat loss , and strength shoots up. 

no size added.

the clen will work not doubt, i suggest you take grapefruit juice ruby red with it.

will see more gains, as the grapefruit breaks down the tablets quicker .
 
Clen can cause bad cramps for sure. Drink plenty of water 1.5 gallons a day, take your taurine and eat some bananas for exta potassium. That should help with the cramps. Also start low and work your way up. Some people can tolerate more then others.
 
What machine will give you better results in terms of getting rid of fat? Treadmill or elliptical?

I'm not worried about joints and how the elliptical is better in that aspect. I just wanna know which one is a better, full body kinda workout?
 
Elliptical I suppose.

If you really want a full-body +#+ kicking experience...get on the rowing machine. You'll hate me for it.
 
Yok3d is working good for me. Ive been taking it for about a week and a half now, only on workout days. Took about 3 uses at 4 caps to actually feel something, but damn, my muscles got hard as +%+# and felt like they were going to explode. My forearms especially got the most pump, at one point i had take an extra few minutes rest because they were so pumped. Ive been taking 4 caps 1 1/2 hrs before working out with no food....tried it with food at 2 hours prior and didn't feel it did anything. Leg day today, first time upping it to the max dosage 5 caps, its 4pm now and ill be in the gym at 545 with a half hour of cardio, and by 615 hitting the legs.

Also im starting the EC Stack this weekend, hopefully all goes well with that. Going to be doing 25/200 3x a day, no aspirin. Will probably throw in fish oil along with my multi to help minimize the possibility of HBP.

Either one.

Whichever one you feel works better is the one that will deliver the best workout.

The energy expenditure of both is basically the same.
 
Is it detrimental to my muscle gains if I work the heavy bag for 30 min after every workout? Im following my friends schedule right now that hes gotten great gains from which is.
Monday: Chest (works triceps as well but no tricep exercises)

Tuesday: Back (bicep but same as triceps)

Wednesday: Legs

Thursday: Shoulders/Traps

Friday: Arms (bicep, triceps, forearm)

Ab work is thrown in here and there on whatever day we feel like doing them.

Never tried the once a week routine but hes gotten huge from doing it, and hes pretty lean as well and thats basically what I want too. I was looking up some boxing routines since my gym has a heavy bag, and one website said to treat working the heavy bag the same as a workout, giving your muscles time to workout. Not the same as weight lifting but still. Now I figure this is for heavy workouts, but im doing 30 min after every workout just for cardio, technique, and for fun as well. Would it be detrimental to my gains if I do a session after my workout? Realistically probably 2-3/5 days I would be working the heavy bag after a workout.

i dont believe in any sort of fasting for dietary purposes.

seems very counter-productive.
 
How does everyone cook their chicken breasts?

I got tired of that dry $+% George Foreman grill way of cooking and am now using 2 Tbsps of olive oil in a pan and cooking it in there.

What's counter productive about it? Proven health and psychological benefits and longer life expectancy? "Diet" refers to any method of habitually consuming food... not necessarily "cutting"
I "fast" from 10pm-2pm... it works out nicely because I dont need to worry about packing 4 meals to bring to school. I don't even get hungry until 3pm (assuming I can't get home in time to eat).

If you are looking to lose weight, eat less than your maintenance. If you are looking to gain weight or stay the same, eat accordingly.

Either way... the biggest and most unintentional benefit to it is that if I'm intentionally fasting I won't end up ordering cafeteria food or snacking on transfats out of the vending machine. All day my peers are saying "damn I'm so hungry but I didn't bring any food... let's hit McDonalds (or something convenient)". You don't have that dilemma if you schedule your "feeding time" for when you are home and able to cook whole and real foods.

I cook em the same still... but I mix up how I eat em. Starting throwing a breast between a 12 grain bun and throwing some condiments on it.

I will give that fasting a go tomorrow. usually wake up 8 so from 8am-3-4 pm i won't eat or should i go longer than that then a big meal?
