Stay/Get Back In Shape.... Vol 2.0

Does anyone know if the Church Street boxing Gym is a good boxing gym?
I basically want to learn the basics of boxing/other fighting forms while getting in shape at the same time.
It's really convenient due to it being right by my school, kinda expensive though, the membership I want is $179 with unlimited classes/workouts.
I cant find a cheaper price anywhere that incudes classes.
Are there any other good boxing gyms in Queens, or other parts of the city south of 50th st??
Any help would def be appreciated, thx

I started going to college 3 weeks ago and have lost some weight. I find it hard to get a consistent work out schedule since im always tired. I haven't even been eating like i should anymore.
You lost weight cuz of your eating not your workout schedule. Just eat a lot more in the dining hall. Ours served *++! on plates, but you still need to eat it. If youre doing a 3-day split use compound lifts for most of it.

Guys, looking for advice.

Because of a current work situation, the only gym equipment I'll have access over the next few months is a rack of dumbbells (up to 60lbs), an adjustable flat bench, and a pull up bar.

Any decent workout plans out there for this scenario?

Regular dumbbell bench and flies
Incline dumbbell bench and flies
Military press, six ways
Some back stuff
Bunch of stuff you could do really with dumbbells.

make sure you get the right creatine.

as some just adds water weight.

on a side note, just got some new protein (been on ON for over a year)

this stuff is the TRUTH. purer protein = quicker is dissolves.

and this stuff dissolves so dam nicely.

pure 34 g of protein per scoop, 1 g of fat, 2 g of carbs

Starting a deloading week for the first time ever. I can't believe it took me a while to find out about this. Anyone know if it applies to cardio as well?

Just take it easy with everything. Enjoy.

I just got done running a couple workouts over the last couple months (Joe Defranco's westside for skinny bastards and dorian yates blood and guts). I'm 5'11 160 and looking to put on some more muscle. I'm pretty defined right now (except for this little stubborn layer of stomach fat).

Anyone have any good suggestions for a workout program????

Whats up everyone. I've been reading a few articles on that Deer Antler Spray stuff and I was wondering if anyone has used it and if so is it worth it?

Don't know too much about it but if anyone can point in the right direction or provide some testimonials that would be great!

Can anyone recommend me a protein supplement at GNC? I got a GNC voucher a month ago, but the fine print said I couldn't purchase any hot buy items. Such as Optimum Nutrition's whey protein, I wanted this item, so what is the next best thing? Its for $40 worth
