10 Miles @ 525 pace. Idk how I felt today, I meant to go farther and slower, but I just wanted to push it today. Felt good.
I do Olympic lifting twice a week and stretch/do core daily. I also throw some pylometrics in for good measure.Whats your non-running training like? Do you do any strength training?
