I guess my Sgt's Wife bought him Focus T25, he hasn't even opened the box yet...
He asked if I wanted it. Should I take it? Anybody uses it? How is it?
he was taking 1mg of anastrozole 3x/week and now he takes much less i'm sure. i gathered a ton of info because i was going to pull the trigger too but when i did my bloodwork, my total test was close to 500 and my insurance will not cover the test cyp. plus i still feel ok despite my age lol. i dunno though man. paying out of pocket is still pretty cheap. just hate to have to get poked weekly or 2x week for the rest of my life. big commitment.
Lost 15 pounds in a month I can't believe how much a diet can play such a big part . I just started eating healthy again and surprisingly I went from 190 to 175 and I can still lift as heavy as I used to .. I can still bench press 225 5 x 5 easily
I lost 40lbs in 4 months and maintained most of my strength and actually gained some endurance/strength as well.Lost 15 pounds in a month I can't believe how much a diet can play such a big part . Lol thanks for the feedback been lurking on here mad heavy , yall push me to get back in shape and since im active at school & work so much i figured id throw the gym in there four times a week just to keep my mind of the yambs .
Same boat, I'd be content at 170 but I still have a gut and love handles. All the fat is in my midsection and chest area. Trying to maybe drop to 160 then lean out. Set a goal for a 6 pack by summer.

You are right my co worker just said the same thing@Jking0821 You should stay home and not risk getting others sick.
Not feeling good at all. Day two of this cold/flu and i feel miserable. Gonna try to get to the gym today and do some bi's and back. I wanted to do legs but i don't have the energy for that as of now at least
I think the one thing that is overlooked is that most people in this thread are actually pretty informed when it comes to lifting/diet. Most people know how hard it is for them to gain and lose weight because they have tried. So i think it is very small minded to write everyone off who says "they had help". I don't think its hating....not here...i think its a genuine knowledge of what it would take to achieve it. And like in any debate both sides will slant the argument in their favor and it rustles jimmies. Calling some one not natural can be offensive for the obvious reasons. I thought it was a good debate and def got me thinking about other sides of the argument about what is and isn't natural. I am not a bodybuilder so i don't take any of it personally. But i enjoy reading differing opinions on topics like this.
Tuck your shoulder blades into your back pockets. Drive your head into the bench. My bench is off for some reason
I have a slight arch in my back with both feet firmly planted on the ground and have my chest slightly lifted.
When I go to press, I feel it more in my shoulders than my chest. Bar goes below slightly below my nipple line
