STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Few things...

Fully agree with DJYoungs assessment of what is natural/what isnt.

That transformation is fully possible in my eyes. All we see is the finished product, we dont know how he got there. Also, we dont know how much muscle he had under there so how could we really say he gained muscle.

Your mans was on 200/mg of cyp a week? His free test levels mustve been single digits, damn near negative, lol. Thats alot of cyp bro. They prescribed me 70mg/ bi weekly and my free test level was 12. Hope they have himon appropriate levels of anti-e's...

When you turn the gas on...no you will not ever want to turn it off, lol

Above 500mg/wk?? You feel like a GOD, enough said.!!

he was taking 1mg of anastrozole 3x/week and now he takes much less i'm sure. i gathered a ton of info because i was going to pull the trigger too but when i did my bloodwork, my total test was close to 500 and my insurance will not cover the test cyp. plus i still feel ok despite my age lol. i dunno though man. paying out of pocket is still pretty cheap. just hate to have to get poked weekly or 2x week for the rest of my life. big commitment.

It is a huge commitment! When you make a decision like that you have to think about youre gonna be on it in some way, shape or form for the rest of your life. Theres a lot of factors that go into it. I assume your in your mid/upper 30s like myself. Insurance is kinda tricky with stuff like that cause mine does cover it. If your quality of life/libido etc, are truly suffering by all means, get poking son!! If its just cosmetics or some joint pain Id say dont. I turned the gas on strictly for competitive purposes. As much as I put into my appearance, I dont see the point of turning the gas on purely for cosmetics.

Lost 15 pounds in a month I can't believe how much a diet can play such a big part . I just started eating healthy again and surprisingly I went from 190 to 175 and I can still lift as heavy as I used to .. I can still bench press 225 5 x 5 easily

I lost 40lbs in 4 months and maintained most of my strength and actually gained some endurance/strength as well.

Diet is 90% of it.

Sorry for all the of topic stuff homie. keep up the good work and if you need any suggestions / advice, just drop a line in there.

Thats Amazing bro!! i just wanna get lean a bit i dont wanna drop anymore weight
Same boat, I'd be content at 170 but I still have a gut and love handles. All the fat is in my midsection and chest area. Trying to maybe drop to 160 then lean out. Set a goal for a 6 pack by summer.

Good job as well, once you see progress its all momentum after that.

thanks for the advice super q. yeah man my age is a factor and i do suffer from some of the symptoms of low test. just not ready to make that lifelong commitment. talked to a doc and he said i could try it out and if i didn't like it, they'd jump start my natural production again but i know that i wouldn't wanna go back. i wouldn't do it for aesthetics - it'd be for quality of life.

Not feeling good at all.  Day two of this cold/flu and i feel miserable.  Gonna try to get to the gym today and do some bi's and back.  I wanted to do legs but i don't have the energy for that as of now at least
I think the one thing that is overlooked is that most people in this thread are actually pretty informed when it comes to lifting/diet.  Most people know how hard it is for them to gain and lose weight because they have tried.  So i think it is very small minded to write everyone off who says "they had help".  I don't think its hating....not here...i think its a genuine knowledge of what it would take to achieve it.  And like in any debate both sides will slant the argument in their favor and it rustles jimmies.   Calling some one not natural can be offensive for the obvious reasons.  I thought it was a good debate and def got me thinking about other sides of the argument about what is and isn't natural.  I am not a bodybuilder so i don't take any of it personally.  But i enjoy reading differing opinions on topics like this.

be careful wipe down everything in the gym. before and after use since you're sick.. If you're that bad let your body rest push that vitamin C in you

yes it was, and I am one who personally hates the whole, "let's think its impossible for this person to do it without help" also as I was saying with the misconstruing words. people start taking what you say out of context and adding what they want to put in their favor. is what it is though (the internet) I enjoy the spats as well, it does help you look at other people's opinion

Bench still going up. 335x1 today. Hoping next month I'll be back to 375 (all time best in competition), then 385 (gym best), then hit 405 in late Jan/ early Feb.

My bench is off for some reason

I have a slight arch in my back with both feet firmly planted on the ground and have my chest slightly lifted.

When I go to press, I feel it more in my shoulders than my chest. Bar goes below slightly below my nipple line

Tuck your shoulder blades into your back pockets. Drive your head into the bench.
