Saw this thread and it motivated me to go out for a 20 min jog. NT always there giving me motivation. Gotta keep it up now.

Been on 5/3/1 and loving it. Can anyone recommend another program that focuses on volume for hypertrophy rather than strength?
 
Im lactose intolerant but ive never seen pre workout with milk product in it before.......

Is it possible to increase your bench max by 25lbs in 2 weeks?
From a true 1rm to a new 1rm? 

Probably not but if you could you would need to be eating in a huge surplus and be pretty new to lifting. 

Now if you hop on the gear then that would be a different story.

Yeah that's what I thought.

Last month I hit 275... im hoping to maybe hit 300 by Pacquiao fight.
 
I put the belt higher than usual on my squat . I should've listened to you guys earlier. squats felt much better with the belt up there.
