I had nothing in the tank today. First time in a while I've had to cut my workout in half like that. :(

I'll just try my best to eat right, sleep earlier and finish up the workout tomorrow.

Sleep is crucial to how I feel in the gym that day. But even if I didn't get a good night's sleep, a 30 minute nap refreshes me enough to get through a workout. Greek yogurt with oats mixed in gives me great energy. I'm student teaching this semester and I always feel like crap because I'm not used to that high school schedule again yet.

What subject you student teaching?

Im doing Middle School Physical Education student teaching right now.

Middle school schedule is awesome.

What's best way to deal with a wrist injury? been bothering me for a while, can't even wash dishes without feeling some type of pain

Naw throwing shade because somebody's eating because "they don't have what it takes" come on that's not real life. In real life some short fat kid is throwing shade on a msg board because he's insecure.
 
Is it normal to lose more weight than usual while on IF? Been losing about 4 pounds a week for the last 3 weeks. Calorie intake ihas roughly the same while I wasn't on it.
 
I've tried size on in the past with decent results but it has way too much sugar. I thought big boss would be here by now to let me know exactly "what it takes" but I'm open to any suggestions.
