Whats up everybody

                  Almost reaching that 3 month mark of bulking my lanky *** def got bigger and getting compliments motivates me to keep going. Its been about a week that my left forearm gets a pain whenever I lift heavy with my left arm especially arm day. It bothers me so much cause I can't get a full arm workout in. What should I do I was thinking of taking this week off except for leg day to give my forearm a week to heal idk. Thoughts please I hate not going to the gym.

Might just be a strain, in that case I would really just rest it for a week. Another thing some of my bodybuilder friends do is myofascial release. Basically they go to a massage therapist and get targeted muscle deep tissue massages. Not as expensive as a full massage and sometimes that's all that's needed.

Appreciate that homie. A week off it is kljfjs just thinking about it kills me inside. Will look into the massage as well. Should I ice it in the mean time? Maybe even massage it myself?

Chest day today. Met this new trainer at the gym who's cool as hell. Don't even need an appt. He'll just spot me and end up basically giving me a quick sesh and tips on things. He's convinced I can hit 225 now. I really wanna work on volume though before I get there.

How do yall feel about decline bench? Ive just been doing flat bench both db and barbell but added in incline db press today. I remember doing them here and there back in highschool and i remember hating it lol but just wanted to get other folks opinion.

I know flat bench works the whole chest and incline is the upper pec and decline the lower

No, I don't think so. I'd alternate weeks though if you want to do both so you aren't gassed on one.
 
I have moved my focus to incline. Start and go heavier on incline then move to flat. Then do some sort of fly (machine or DB) then some cable crossovers and raises to finish off.

Soccer today...chest day tomorrow...deadlift day thursday...can't wait
 
Anyone else try RXBARs?
