STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

getting mad about curls in the squat rack really has nothing to do with "real life strength" though. The squat rack still exists...to squat in. You can't back barbell squat any other way with adequate weight...you can curl 100 other ways. If you can't curl more than the pre-made bars usually around 110-120lbs then don't curl in the squat rack.

Not to really entertain it but squatting increases your posterior chain strength...which is very helpful in life. As a soccer player it benefits me to squat. A strong posterior chain benefits speed.
I wasn't being serious but I don't have any issues with curling in the squat rack.
I actually squatted in real life yesterday

Had my girl get on my shoulders so she could get a better picture of this endless sunflower field we came across.

Recommendation from a friend who's a Tri-Athelete and Oly Lifter.

She uses it as a pre-work. Provide extra boost stamina, endurance, and recovery.

Oxydrene’s mission is to increase oxygen saturation of the user’s tissue and blood.

Haven't work out in 2 1/2 weeks, mostly because my crunch gym always so pack, mainly due to its the $10 a month location.... I need to start going super early or something or stop being cheap and get a new gym.

Since starting intermittent fasting (16-8 method) about 3 or 4 weeks ago, I've lost around 10-12lbs. I started around 232, and I weighed in at 220.8 just a moment ago. I was 222 right after the last time I ate, though. I'm losing my gut and slowly starting to develop visible abs. Progress is being made, bruh!

I probably would be even lighter if I didn't go off on a three-day cheat two weeks ago. I saw some snacks and other foods I could eat at this new grocery store in the city and I admittedly went off and gained like 5lbs over that weekend. It's crazy how a few days of dietary foolishness can mess up a week or two of progress.

Most of the time all of that is just bloat and water weight

I always wonder how pro-bodybuilders make any money. I know the big big ones can profit from prize money but that has to be like the top 2%.
Like Kai Greene is pushing "online coaching" and HAND WRITTEN work outs and meal plans. Like do you need to do this? Is money that hard to come by for these dudes?

I know drugs are expensive and you have to eat a lot if you are 250-300lbs but like the contest checks and supplement sponsorship/ownership isn't enough?

a lot sell clothes and merchandise. the link up with supplement companies and endorse them. Then they create their own. Youtube money. Guest judging, modeling, posing. They train. When you get really major, you get to up your appearance fee a lot.

Shoutout to @M BOIZ for the rep scheme a while back. Hit 275 for a new 1RM on bench yesterday. Felt like a champion. Hoping to get 3 wheels by the end of the year, if not at least by this time next year.

I mean nothing is really enough. Considering what they spend I'm assuming they need to make atleast 80k+ just to keep up with all life expenses.

Think about everything you take and eat. .and triple that price.
They hire coaches/nutritionist.
Travel fees
Competing itself cost alot.
Think of all the year s they weren't pro or even popular enough for sponsors

Just tried for 225 bench right now.

Failed. Not feeling 100% so I'm not to mad about it. 1/4 of the way. Close to the club
