Man farmers walks have drastically improved my grip I love them now. I do em at the end of back/biceps day and I walk out feeling like Popeye.

First answer is obviously find shorter one, next would be put it outside or you could build one that fits.
Standing military press followed by wide and close grip upright rows. Machine shrugs superset with behind the back barbell shrugs. Bwood put me onto face pulls and I've been burning out with those. I don't spend a huge amount of time on shoulders they get hammered on chest and back days anyways. What are yalls shoulder workouts looking like? I'm working with 5x12 at 70% 1rm of:
Arnold press
DB lateral raise
DB front raise
Incline DB press
OHP
Med ball tosses
Plyo push-ups
Heavy bag punching
You really don't need to hit abs outside of your main lifts if you eat right. Crunches and **** will never get you abs although I do planks and **** randomly watching tv at night just because I'm bored. Not hitting shoulder is just like not hitting abs.
sure your abs and shoulder get hit while doing other exercises, but they're always going to be better if you hit them on their own too.
I personally think DB OHP is a lot harder than any other DB exercise, depending on the bench I'm using its hard to get them kicked up into position. How much are you guys OHP?
I'm maxing out now at 2 reps of 60lb DBs

I burn out with 90s after standing military presses if I have extra time to kill but I'm not a fan of seated anything for shoulders. I try to minimize my time at the gym and there's better movements imo that's how I blew out my shoulder actually behind the neck seated bb presses. How much are you guys OHP?

You want to compare abs kiddo? Are you serious?yeah, that is just not true
obviously you have to have low enough body fat to see your abs...
but to act like working your abs directly won't improve how they actually look is ridiculous
They get worked all week and unless your sub 10% nobody will ever know you spend a half hour a day working on them that's all I'm saying. So working out your abs won't improve how your abs look?
Is this free weight with the bar? Or on the stan smith machine.

I hit shoulders tonight and did seated OHP 235x3x5 245x4 245x3 225x6 drop set to 135x10, then moved on to DBs 80x12 90x12 100x8 80x12, then all the other raises and shrugs etc.
You really need to ask this? I'm sure it was on a smith machine smhIs this free weight with the bar? Or on the stan smith machine.

Imo your core is everything. It's the main reason I've refused to strap a belt on. You work from the inside out not the reverse. Your core is literally everything. imo if you can't lift it without a belt you can't lift it period because you're talking about ego lifts and competition instead of listening to your body. This isn't any shade on anyone but if you can't lift it stop looking for ways you can shorting other crucial body parts.I started doin abs maybe a couple months ago. I cant spend more than 15min doin it tho. I do some standing elbow to knees and bicycle crunches after cardio.
I dont really care about having a 6pack necessarily, although it would be nice, im just tryna strengthen all muscles. Esp for later in life cuz a weak core is 1 reason for back problems.
