Wait you're a nurse?Lol I was just in Philadelphia. No idea what region of Pennsylvania that is.
Rittenhouse Square is great. Lots of stuff to do plus they have lots of crossfit gyms and appear to have a budding Olympic weightlifting scene. If I could afford to live there as a single nurse. I would.
nah. But on a positive note, you'll save 2-3 hours a day and you can rock skinny jeansMy back is always fine. It's my quads and inner leg that get destroyed. I walk like a cowboy 3 days after if I'm going heavy.
I can't say it will work for everyone but use a foam roller. For me over the last year or so it's been a saving grace in recovery and even warming up the muscle prior to either HIIT (sprints), flag football or squat/deads. Just a suggestion but to each their own. I lurk in here quite a bit but never post much. Hopefully this helps someone.
isn't a pound of fat and a pound of muscle both a pound??? I believe fat is more dense, but a pound is a pound lolI'm lighter than I was in high school, but I was way more ripped back then. I know muscle weighs way more than fat,
High rep DL days.
Went 315x12 and 405x6
Hit an incline DB press PR in honor of the homie that made a trip to snap city.

Time to eat lots of food.
