THESE DAYS SINCE WATCHING DA KAI GREENE I'M NOT A WEIGHTLIFTER VID, IVE DROPPED WEIGHTS IN ALL EXERCISES AND GONE FULL MOTION.

Yessir always try to get a full range of motion when I press. I hear you with the Kai mentality but with legs I got to go highest weight possible to work them fully,but that's just me. All them years of soccer payed off.
