All depends if your bulking pizza is perfect depending what type and what you get on it perfect carb and protein ratio

I dunno what my max was before today tbh. I did 320x5 last time i DL and i was supposed to do 335 today according to the program and finish at 355 in 2wks when the program was done. I said f it and kept doing singles til i hit 4plates

Yesterday did chest I felt really weak after a weekend of drinking. Struggled with 135x5 went for 155 which was my pr and said screw it did 165x2 after that did a random set of 135x10 it felt so light after the 165 :lol:
Almost at my goal of 185 :pimp: 2 more months
Today did shoulder work and squats. Started at 135x5 185x5 205x2 185x5 and ended with 135x8
Legs feel wobbly now

Here was my rep scheme

Touch and go: Bar x20, 135x10, 185x8, 225x3, 245x1
Pause: 275x1, 285x1, 295 (fail)
