Idk his rep scheme but if he just skips 415 it looks like he could get that next time.
I did the Wodapalooza workouts in the past week, and i don't think my body has quite recovered from it.

Rep scheme was 10 empty bar, 3@135, 3@185, 2@225, 1@265, 1@335, 1@365, 1@385, 1@405, and 1@415.

Definitely going to make a bigger jump next time.

It happens to me all the time; fatiguing after doing so many sets

Damn I'm down to 193. The coach is trying to decide if I need to drop to 88kg (188lbs) weight class. Because I'm at the bottom of the 92kg class.

Either I'm going to Bulk or Lose. Depends on my strength gains.

Sad times
then how am I getting stronger when I'm cutting 15lbs.

Also that 415 moved wayyyy to fast for you to miss 425. Rest a little longer next time and you will smash it.

The dept I started at used to have mandatory PT at the local retro fitness 1 hour during the AM. Township paid for the heavy discounted membership. But the place was too small and busy and other things happened that it only lasted a year. Now some of those guys are getting fat.

My current is dept is small but is pretty active

If you left them sit for like 5 minutes after you take it out .... it makes tons better

Hit a lot of PR''s today. I went heavy af.

Hit close grip 235x10 (PR)
22x8
205x9
185x10

Heavy weighted dips 4x10
Neck presses 4x10 (85lb PR)
Pulldowns.
Then 4 exercises of 4x10 for biceps.

Felt the pump. Felt the burn.

Ate quesadillas after :smokin
