Damn I'm down to 193. The coach is trying to decide if I need to drop to 88kg (188lbs) weight class. Because I'm at the bottom of the 92kg class.
Either I'm going to Bulk or Lose. Depends on my strength gains.

The dept I started at used to have mandatory PT at the local retro fitness 1 hour during the AM. Township paid for the heavy discounted membership. But the place was too small and busy and other things happened that it only lasted a year. If you left them sit for like 5 minutes after you take it out .... it makes tons better
