Hit that 95 on ohp yesterday :hat. Thanks to whoever gave me advice last week. Next goal is 100-105

I switched from doing 4x12 to x10 and I def like it better, I can use more weight. Only worked out twice this week and no cardio, ate like **** too :{

Damn I'm down to 193. The coach is trying to decide if I need to drop to 88kg (188lbs) weight class. Because I'm at the bottom of the 92kg class.

Either I'm going to Bulk or Lose. Depends on my strength gains.

What were you at before and have you seen any loss of strength?
 
I just caught up on like 10 pages in here, y'all are gonna make me dig through my photobucket to find all my old collection pics. Barely have any left tho, last Jordan I copped was the bred 4 with the huge tongue :x. Bought them, sold them, bought them, then finally sold them for good. I'm all about Nike runners and adidas campus vulc now

I don't even rock supreme/bape/ other street wear anymore, but I'm still banging on my chest :evil. Right now I'm wearing an Eddie Bauer sweatshirt and an RL shirt, sweatpants and some nike free run 2s

Trying to get to 200 by end of the month then back to 210 by end of January

Then 180ish by da end of May

Man **** these blisters. Was ok doing chest work, once i started tris ahit started bleeding lol. Had to do skullcrushers with a papertowel wrapped around my hand
 

If you want to squat and deadlift in flat soles then wrestling and even soccer shoes will work. I have friends who swear by wrestling shoes for deadlifts.
 
ill dig a lil more just wanted to here from some unbiased peeps....t.hanks!

shoes I have already are perfect for deadlifting and squatting just looking for something different
