after doing week 1 of the Ed Coen, ive never done speed DLs before and i think that almost did me in, going for the 415 2 times without my straps were rough. but the 330lbs 8x 3 reps whoooa..
i had a lot of good food yesterday so im good now but wow.
 
:lol by the 5th set it's like ok I know I can do it but this light weight is getting heavy... plus you're trying to rip it up fast as possible.

damn i actualy just realized i did it wrong. I did 3 reps 8x each.. not 8 reps 3x each. lol still hurt.
 
Yep. I think because you can work on you're speed more that way. Instead of being gassed after your 4th rep.

I feel you, I rock with only rap music in the gym.

Pretty much just Future/Jeezy/Travis Scott/Young Thug/Clipse/Biggie/Hov/Ross/Kendrick.

Future easily my favorite artist in the gym, he got so many songs that just give you that manic energy.

Always PR to something from him.
 
Can cosign on future being legit. Future pandora station is trash though. Lil yachty and other awful mumble rappers will be clogging your ears for days
 
I need some new headphones, mine broke few days ago. Not mad at lifting without music tho
