STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

How many of you guys wear headgear when working out? I usually do a hat, headband, bandana. I sweat a lot
 
was supposed to be a rest day today and a push day tomorrow but cause of my schedule i had to move push day to today.
went ok. nothing great but nothing bad. next 3 days i'll be off the gym and just kickin in. Happy holidays everyone
 
Shoulders tonight

DB press

Super light OHP SS with upright row
5x10 each

Machine shoulder press SS with front plate raises
5x10 each

Behind the neck press, super light, not the safest movement
3x10

Front raises SS with side raises
5x10 each

Rear delt plate flys SS with one arm side raises
3x10 each

Shrugs

Just finished up week 7 of chest. The progress is amazing. Mind you my bench is weak as hell and I came out the cut barely being able to hit 185x5 for a single set.

Today did 190x3x5. No spot either :pimp: . And I’m only 4lbs up from my cut

Gym was super packed today but still got a good workout in. Didn't really have to wait around for anything :pimp:
