gained 1.5- 2lbs this week (or maybe because i didnt get much sleep last night and had my last meal super late) but dropped BF%

so hes going to deplete me one more week see what happens.
def noticeable changes in my body. abs coming through. shoulders and chest getting more striated, waist is pulling in more. back is tightening up. Im not going to make keto a lifestyle change but its def doing its intended purpose

Has anyone here tried Animal Cuts or recommend another fat burner? Are they worth it? I'm already on a healthy diet. I just need to shed this beer belly from years of abuse, I do 30 minutes of cardio once I'm done lifting.
