Man I remember I went to a few classes at a more competition focused school. Their warmups were way longer and more intense than what I was used to.. that was the only time I threw up at bjj, mountain climbers got me![]()
Yea thats why I really like my tues thurs class aside from the instructor being really good he skips all that aside from a basic fundamental warm up we skip all the other drills and instead he starts class with like 5 to 6 timed light roll sessions before fundamental drills. I feel less guilty about skipping the end of class roll sessions which I did this week.
20 min of running, crawling, and jumping jacks is kind of a waste of time but some of these dudes are out of shape.
