Hey dude, when I need an extra boost, I use hit up my local GNC around closing time and ask the guy behind the counter where their "creatine" is with a wink. Usually, they'll recognize the signal and hook ya up. Usually, they give you a tub of generic store brand proty with a smaller tub inside. Pretty risky, but all good things in life are.

notsrs
LOL
I think the badge should be on the front and the larger stuff on the back.

How bout make up a mascot preferably a shaker cup with arms and a face and legs. Of course those extremities would be yoked. That can be our mascot. That make any sense?
lol. What kind of neighborhood you live in? Cuz I could use some "creatine". But dont know where to look.

my anti supplement rants are not personal. so, I just want to make that clear. If you are going to buy supplements understand what you are buy at least.

don't buy them because your boy put you on to it. some guy that's sponsored buy the company told you, you need this to look like him... ect ect

Whey protein, its the fastest acting protein. it hits you fast, in and out like 30 min. sure have a whey protein shake after your work out. please understand your body is not good on protein for the next 3-4 hours just because you had a whey protein shake. when you get home you need to eat again.

some are talking about protein bars. some of them have really bad protein, carb, fat ratios. some are like 12g fat/20g carbs/ 20g protein. that's no good for building lean muscle.

pre work out supplements, I don't feel like going down the line just understand what your spending your money on. That's my point.

Copped one of those sauna tops to wear during cardio. Took it off when I went to the lockerroom and it was like a bucket of water. Not even sure if it did anything but I sure as hell was sweating hard.

Maybe I was imagining it, but it felt like that creatine hit me at the right time. Before I worked out and during. I could feel it in my veins if that sounds right  was playing COD before I left and all of a sudden I felt like murking an actual person  That adrenaline pump :pimp:

My dude you need to add chicken to each meal after breakfast. I'm no meat eater but I know that you aren't getting nearly enough calories. Throw some broccoli and white rice in the mix with your chicken. I know you're not a morning person but make your shakes in the blender like you have with your Post-workout smoothie. Basically eat more. Your diet is what mine looks like substituting the chicken for soy products and switching a few things around.

^ Until Meal 5, I thought cuz was a vegetarian

Haha exactly what I thought also.

Any of you dudes out there that are bulking mind posting up your routine at the gym?

i like how you want to keep it clean & as healthy as possible but you need more meat & protein in general. Meal 2 is a perfect example. That 1 cup of oatmeal in meal 5 would be better with meal 3. So meal 5 would be better with potatoes or rice.

also age, height & current weight could help.

If you guys are serious about the shirts, we can get it printed on american apparel shirts for $17.45 if we order 10 or more. But then we'd have to have one person accept the package and ship it off individually, so it's probably going to be closer to $25 total.

I don't know anything about vectoring, so maybe AdobeCS4 can help us out if we wanna move away from the real life photos of the arms and legs.
