STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Gallons in deck lol.

I have like 7 empty ones in my car from last week

shouldn't reuse plastic containers like that though... the chemicals in them are bad for you.

I need to cop a good stainless steel one; I got one from work a few years back and straight up lost that ***** :{ #womp

avoid stuff in packaging (cans, bags, etc.).... and eating out.... don't be afraid to season, but you don't have to OD on it, just enough to taste it. OBSERVE SERVING SIZES, especially for seasonings etc. If it says 1 tbs then try to only use that much, maybe a little bit more. Most fast food places, anything that is chicken will have like 1k of sodium, easy; grilled or crispy it doesn't even matter too much.

And drink LOTS of water, best way to get rid of sodium is to pee it out.

Had a bad Chest workout smh.

I'm switching to Decline Bench, and Incline DB Press for 4 weeks or so. Then I'll do Incline, and Flat DB for 4 weeks.

I'm up to 185 for BB Flat, but I had to rock the bar off me twice today. Just happy my core, and legs are strong

Not exactly pinned, because it wasn't on my chest, but it wasn't going back up to the rack.

I'm switching to DBs though, so I should be good.

Hit 265 a few times last night on bench. Should be able to hit 275-85 next week for a PR, then on the road to 315.

I've been sick since last thursday and haven't eaten properly or hit the gym.  I can see my gains slipping away......
