What u guys think about wearing compression pants under my regular gym shorts on leg day I wore them the other day and my older siblings where cracking jokes on me I never saw anything wrong w/ them and they are great to keep your legs warm when its cold, I already purchased them and plan to cont wearing them but what do u guys think about them

I do it all the time. I see nothing wrong with it.

Gonna start incorporating more chains to my workouts. In regards to the debate, let the unnatty's cook, they put in work also. Personally I couldn't but I'm not the gear person to follow. No will power what so ever when it comes to sweets and today there was candy everywhere. Back to the grind NT.

I hate when people say stuff like this (not a personal attack and you prob just mean it like leave them alone and let them go about it....but soap boxing anyway :lol:)because we all have the work ethic. But dudes on gear are literally animals. They go to the gym and kill every work out. They have to be told to shut it down. They have to be told to stop working out and leave the gym. Regular people don't have that OD testosterone. We legit have those days where its just a crap work out...you get there and can't find motivation and have to push through.

My dad was a pro bodybuilder and cycled a couple of times and tells me all the time how awesome he felt on it. How you literally feel like a god when doing it. So yeah it takes a good work ethic and diet...but we all do that anyway and thats why we don't look like these dudes. I know tons of people who take their multi, fish oil, and shake...are at the gym 1.5 hours a day for 5 days a week and watch their diet and look solid. But not greek god like.....im sure its possible with good genetics....but roids put you over the top

decided to do a quick cut. just for the month, until around TG. I'll be strict with it and just lean up and whatnot. I havent been actively bulking, but I've been relaxed in my diet, so I've be holding more fat than I like. been gaining weight too though. about 12 pounds. Been going hard in the gym.
 
Fellas over 30, are you guys having a hard time maintaining that thin skin look in your abdomen area. People say abs are made in the kitchen and my diet pretty clean and I do HIIT, but I can't seem to get that tight and lean look anymore.

I don't want to resort to "help" but it's hard to accept that I will never have the body that I had when I was in my 20's. A few months ago I took APE (t-boost) and I felt a difference in my lifts only, but then again it could have been placebo.

My measurement are 6'0 183lbs and around 12% BF. I would like to get down to at least 10 or 9% bf.

Dudes out here dressing like fresh prince in the street, rocking some compression joints under some shorts isn't a big deal.

Compression ones alone with your cheeks hanging out.... Well that's different.

I wear hyper - warm compressions under my shorts.
Hmm.. might invest in some of those for leg days. 
what to do about elbow pain? havent been in the gym all week and its killing me. i wont be able to work chest with it like this. wanted to stay out the gym and heal but it doesnt seem like its doing anything

A lot of people listen to that BS all the time thinking they don't have to hit abs and end up with weak cores and cut down and have invisible abs. Abs are muscles. You gotta grow those muscles. Simple.

i mean the guy claims natty, and hasnt failed any test that i know off. so the only reason people scream
steroids about him and about a lot of other guys is simply because they look too good?

like the video about the fake nattys a couple pages back, his reason for calling a lot of those guys fake nattys was
that they look too good to be natural.

as for lazar the guy might be on gear, but i think his body is definitely achievable the natural route... and i think ill be there
in 2 years or so :smokin

excuses nah? i almost dropped a 90lb dumbell on my face last week.

my elbow was perfect fine, i went to do DB flat bench, my left goes up fine, my right i struggling im like WTH... god saved me right there that i could hold it up over my face some how without dropping it.

ended up giving it another try and got it up but as i was doing my set the pain was horrible, honestly felt was i was going down that my elbow was gonna pop out of my arm.

i hate doing light, it almost feels like im not getting a workout. yes i know, its weird but its feels that way to me. Its just that i dont wanna make it worse. I havent been doing anything and the pain is just getting worse some how. im very puzzled and its pissing me off. If i was cutting i wouldnt even care but right now is the time to build muscle
 
nah man. banana nut muffin and white chocolate raspberry are good too. just ordered 2 boxed of cccd and 1 box banana nut muffin.
gonna eat those instead of crap during the day.
 
Thanks for the input! Bout to order a box of the cccd, banana but muffin and white choc raspberry. Anyone try coconut cashew? Those have gotten really good reviews too.

I've tried nearly all and choc chip cookie dough was my favorite until i tried white chocolate raspberry... that's the best flavor imo.  

Anybody reading any good books out there? I'm rotating btw Supple Leopard, Athletic Based Strength Training by Joe Kenn and a few NSCA books right now.
