I don't say a DAMN thing when I see guys doing things wrong at the gym. Everyone at the gym thinks they are Shawn Ray so I let them do what they do. Spotted a dude Monday doing squats, I was scared for him. Form was so bad I was just waiting for his back to break.
135 ain't nothin to sneeze at, Serge Nubret got big doing "light" weight but huge reps. I am sure he had a little bit of help from the juice but high reps and low rest, tire you out but can cut you pretty well. I use to frequent the lifting thread but they get off on tangents about juicing and who is natural way to often.
The worse part is that some of these "trainers" have no idea what they are talking about or even look like they lift. Getting in a back workout past Sunday, little trainer lookin like Pitbull was "workin" out this high school kid. I certainly don't judge someone by there size but he had shorts on, and the legs were certainly not developed.
However.
. If you are well off as an investment banker, and you work out. You can always pull chicks while working out at the gym, and introduce personal training back at your home gym. SMILE.
