i would say later but for the simple fact (1) i was awol for a large part of 2004 and on...
and (2) i just saw a high volume of releases and packs being unloaded on the market as cookie cutter boutiques all carried the same 1 of a kind limited shoes.Just too many "themed" shoes and packs for my taste and that time and it seems to just really taken off since then.
