first off, dont call it a diet. call it a lifestyle change. im fat idk if you want my recommendations. i can tell you the foods you can eat butidk how much you weigh and how much you should eat

your diet should be foods you can eat and foods you know you can live with eaiting on a daily basis..what i did was took some foods from this link here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/stella9.htm
and made a breakfast lunch and dinner out of those foods

nah but serious, i believe natural pb has the healthy fats you need in adiet without all the extra crap thats in the regular stuff

for bfast today i had:

2 egg whites scrambled with spinach and tomatoes + some cantaloupe.. (this was 8am)

then i had a half a whole grain sub with tuna (my faveeee) and a clementine around 1130

now im gonna nibble on a small salsalito (FIRE!!!) turkey sammich on whole grain with avacado and some veggies before i run to my next class.

i've been eating like crap recently (i broke my arm not too long ago) and i couldnt cook or do anything for almost 2 months. i didnt gain weight but imtotally out of shape, now that im functioning again, im eating right. but i find that im hungry sooo often! instead of having larger portioned 3 meals a day imgoing to have small(er) portions with healthy snacks in between. but i still find that im hungry! any recommendations? i usually just have fruit, nuts, raisins, veggies.. etc. is the sugar from fruit really that bad for you?

Chicken pot pie

Dough - unbleached all purpose flour, water, and flax seed oil(you can sub in cod liver, fish, or cla)
low sodium cream of mushroom
potatoes
onions
chicken breast
celery
carrots
put all the veggies in a pot with some water, adobo,ms dash, pepper, etc whatever seasonings you want. taste the water after you've added the spices and it's simmering to make sure you added enough. once the veggies are done you're left with a nice broth
boil potatoes until soft, and cook the chicken
mix the broth with the cream of mushroom, but not too much or it'll be soupy
put all ingredients in the dough and bake till crust is golden brown

heres what i based it off of and just took out what i didn't want

I have a question, not sure if anyone here can help me..

Is it ok to pack a lot of calories for breakfast because when you wake up you're blood sugar is very low?

Like could I eat some cookies or something and not have my blood sugar shoot through the roof?
