Goran seems like a guy that's gonna be on a different roster every two years from here on out. Good enough that playoff teams want his services for a run, but not great enough for a team to want to hold onto him.

I'd take him on Minnesota for sure. Great complement to Ricky off the bench. Trade away Pek for Goran then draft Okafor.

1. Rubio/Dragic
2. Kevin Martin
3. Wiggins/Thadd Young
4. Shabazz
5. Dieng/Okafor

Nice depth with a scoring punch. Martin and Young are probably gone at dome point though.
What about LaVine though

Combine sound coaching, a decent roster and a weak Eastern Conference and you get your answer to why the Celtics were never going to be truly bad, even with the Rondo and Green trades.

But the idea behind those trades was to lose more games wasn't it? They got rid of the actual players they traded for (wright, nelson, rivers) and are left with protected picks and a trade exception. And tayshaun/crowder

It was to avoid having to re-sign those guys this summer and getting something in return as much as it was to lose games this season.

@ thinking Dragic would come off the bench for the Timberwolves.

Bledsoe is the best guard stop it, not to mention they just paid Thomas this summer, writing been on the wall for a while.

Defensively Bledsoe...overall I would take dragic....

But honestly I would have kept both of them, thought that was the plan....wonder what changed

Dragic turns 29 in a few months. Bledsoe just turned 25.

That factors in a TON when you're talking about who you want to go w/ long term.

Wondering where all those people that said Wiggins was gonna be a bum, and Kevin Love was the right move are at?

LeBron had no faith in the kid.

The Isaiah Thomas acquisition was questionable but the Isaiah Thomas contract is really good.

If you're Goran Dragic and you're coming off a 3rd team All-NBA selection...would you go back up Ricky Rubio?

Not on a lottery team, but this is a trade not 'where would you like to go Goran?'

He probably doesn't re-sign, but if Minnesota was good or were guaranteed to be good soon, then yes, it's possible. Probably takes the minutes down the stretch anyway. That and winning is more important than starting.

That question about who's legacy would be altered if Advanced stats were around is a very intriguing one.

Charles Barkley would be much more renowned than he is now, which is ironic considering he hates advanced stats.

Dominique Wilkins definitely wouldn't be looked at as good.

Kobe and AI's legacy's both probably take a hit.

Michael's legacy probably remains unaltered, although I could see why it would take a tiny hit.
