Self just released a statement saying he has a stress fracture in his back is out for the Big 12 Tournament and at least the first weekend of the NCAAs...
I feel like he's not going to play again, the news keeps getting worse and worse.

The Big 12 tournament is now wide open, but I'm sure Iowa State won't take advantage of it. Since we won it in 2000, we have only had 4 wins.

All I want is KU to beat Okie State on Thursday, essentially lock up a 2 seed in NCAAT...everything after that is gravy...
KU NEEDS a break for their matchups in the first weekend if they want any chance at getting to the Sweet 16.
For the Big 12 Tournament...I have no idea. Iowa State would probably be my favorite.
