Last year is the only time they've actually been hyped since the final fours. Don't think anybody expected much from this team after losing 4 starters. I thought they were going to be a bubble team going into the year.Can't forget they won the championship too tho
Nothing overrated about UMD lately tho cuz nobody really hyped them , they just an average team that's been feasting on soft non conference schedules and a bad/avg big 10...they should be a lot better tbh given their resources and how stable G Williams had the program before he retired

Also this program was on the brink of disaster when Gary retired.
