Not feeling the new set.

Are the mens going to be similar? I saw these this morning but haven't seen or heard if the mens are going to be the same....I dig the 120 in the outline of KY

Cake-yes, all 4

Semi is a wildcard, no one knows how good this kid can really be.

Murphy's chance to get quality minutes is this season.

Remember when Duke had no 6'7-6'9 wings a few years back? Yea that changed quickly. It's a good thing we're talking about shortage of minutes.

And lets not forget how good a focused Dre is. All those 3's off the bench :hat

Forgot that Dawkins will be back too, wow Duke eating :hat

They going to be dropping triple figures with ease during their non conference schedule

I remember the story now.

XRM's moms sold her house thinking that she was paying tuition for him to go to school at Christian Faith Academy a real private school in north Carlina, with legit student visas. Instead her money went to Chris Faith Center basically Ro Russel pockets, he put those 12 kids in 2 rooms and had them take some on line classes every two weeks. :x

They weren't allowed to go to the real school to use anything other than the gym and they didn't even have visas to go to school in the states just some letter to attend a basketball tournament. :{

Good thing GTA aau is firmly in the hands of CIA bounce.

Ro Russel is owed some credit for bringing lite to the talent up here with grassroots canada but I don't know how any parent could trust him with their kid.

i swear this is so common. i went thru the exact same thing at a prep school in virginia beach. coach put us in a 3bd townhouse with like 12 players and all air mattress, no heat, no cable nothing. straight thugging it while he lived in his 5 bd mansion down the street. had us taking fake SAT prep classes and everything. when it was time to transfer everybody got crapped on except one local kid that truely payed tution, all us out of towners were told every expense would be coverage. He ended up going to UGA to hoop on scholly but thats it. man its a shady business.

Definitely need him to be that KNOCK DOWN shooter... Hope he has been working on his ball handling ability too during this grace period.

whitehead tweeted out that hey had a great time on his visit to campus yesterday. Really hope we can swing this and have him commit to us.

That sucks man. :{ That prep school stuff has always been shady to me. Cats just playing basketball, under the guise they're going to school. It's not always the kids' faults but it's messed up these coaches are taking advantage of the families and players.

I remember a cat I knew in Durham was like 25 and saying he was 17, he was going to some "prep school" lying to recruiting sites saying Kentucky was looking at him :lol :{ Dude could definitely hoop though.

I didn't post this in here when it was published because of all the recruiting talk, but this report from the CP3 camp has me amped up for this season...

"Shabazz Napier, 6-1, PG, UConn, Senior

In terms of straight getting buckets, there was no one better than Napier. He was shifty, drilled deep three-pointers, and was downright fearless on the court. He was able to create space on anyone who checked him, CP3 included. Posting legit numbers throughout his entire college career, it’s now time for Napier to continue to improve as a playmaker to sure up his NBA stock."

Allen, you know anything about this Elfrid Payton kid? I wouldn't know where to start to look to fin UL-Lafayette on TV but supposedly the kid had a great summer and is getting some pro buzz, I wanna check him out somehow. He's going to be a Junior but is young and was on the U-19 squad this summer and was pretty good supposedly.

He looked good on the U-19 squad. Definitely one to watch this year. Think his dad was a pro athlete too, so he has the genes.

Best guard in the nation

700

Best backcourt in the nation...If Deandre steps up this year and they can get any rebounding, they'll be damned good.
X-factor will be Calhoun, IMO. If he can make a big jump from his freshman year then that backcourt is gonna be beyond a problem.

Definitely need Deandre to step it up though cause the frontcourt is malnourished.
