I don't follow how HR could take Iris' spot

Me either but I don't care that much. HR just isn't a good substitute a d it low key sends the message Iris dying was a big thing and we really want her back but we can kill this Wells cuz he's from another reality anyway.

If anything it's time they reveal who was HR's genius partner on his Earth. Maybe that can be a shocking reveal when he shows up for revenge.

Probably just me but the way the blue and yellow is glowing looks really corny to me. Like a neon sign.

It's the exact opposite of what a BB costume should look like in that regard. Zig zag design? Sure but the brightness and glowing, nah.

The original vision of the future didn't have flash chasing Savitar around trying to catch him. He's just there having the drawn out convo with flash before he stabs Iris.

However remember time travel is finicky so the butterfly effect has happened. While everything has relatively stayed the course leading up to the death things they did changed that moment. instead of Barry seeing the story about him stopping the bank robbers it was the same story except Kid Flash was given the nod.

So all this minute changes provided an opportunity that wasn't available in the previous version of the future that Barry saw. This time Iris watched Barry trying to duke it out with Savitar something that wasn't shown to have occurred prior. In that moment HR using that cloaking tech could have as Iris told her to run and swapped places with her.

It'll be revealed tonight but trust Iris is not the real casualty.

So y'all jus let Barry jus go into the Speed Force prison because of FlashPoint?! Seems fitting but he and company stopped Iris from being killed, promise to marry her and jus say....."welp gotta go....I'm sorry baby."

F*** is that?! Who writes this bs?! Most def not watching if Barry isn't in Season 4!

1st half already took me out of it. All that build up and menace and murder when they could have just strolled savitar into team flash with a conversation and work together. This is goofy.

I missed the ep (will watch now) but caught the very end when he said goodbye to Cisco and Joe.

I thought he was killing himself. I would've been right twice. Speed force prison is just dumb. It's like a weak *** chekov's gun when they introduced it to describe what happened to Savitar, what Earth-w/e Jay Garrick had to do it to save Wallt, now here.

Meh.

Wow, finale was worse than I thought.

Just the paint by #a approach; bring back Gypsy, bring back Jay, kill the expendable guy from another universe.

I actually liked the idea of evil Barry turning good, maybe being a Flash on Earth-2 or Earth-3

That final fight Wally and Jay just disappear so that Katelyn can get her character arc scene and for Iris of all ppl to shoot a speedster in the back. Plus how dumb is Barry, just turning his back cuz he thought he knocked him out?

Wonder why he didn't phase in to Savitar's suit earlier. He did phase like a whole train or building or some ****.

From all my years of watching superhero shows or shows with menacing villains in it, I've always learned......

Never turn your back on a villain! NEVAH! Most dumbest part in the finale

That finale is the perfect culmination to this season......predictable and underwhelming. So now Bruce Snow.....I mean Caitlyn Snow is off the show now?

Definitely a letdown season. the whole "Flashpoint" aspect should have been stretched beyond 1 episode. The ending was terrabad.

I'm not versed in the Flash universe so now that he's defeated pretty much all the main arch rival speedsters now what? Who do we really want to see him go up against?

they said next seasons villain won't be a speedster and on the Abra Kadabra, many speculates it would be one of the person he mentioned, Devoe also known as the Thinker

Or a amalgam of Devoe and the other guys in the comics who have been the Thinker.

Barry's Time and speed force rules are always stupid as ****. Hell for everyone else and they shouldn't do it but he gets a kind figure that looks like his happy, living mother with peaceful walks in the park. That was a rubbish season.

It's already hard enough to write sensible stories for speedsters but they don't help themselves with the overall story arcs. The Savitar reveal was the only good thing.

Please stop requiring everyone to receive pep talks to run faster or use their powers.
