Did I miss the ep where Joe tells Cecil that Barry is The Flash, Wally is Kid Flash, and he also works with 2 other powered scientists, one that's sort of a criminal, and occassionaly an alt universe of a man wanted for murder on their world?

I still think the way they write speedsters is dumb.
Part of the problem of speedsters being godly characters, they can go Mach 5 in an instant but a dude slashing a sword at 20 MPH can tag him?
