I do too think Woodley tries too hard to convince people to like him, but at on the same note, I do think the fans, as whole, are against him for no reason. Before his, IMO, deserved title shot and after dropping the Eater of Souls, The Ruthless One. I think he's too nice of a guy to be a 'heel' tho. His whole image is clean and well spoken, and comes off as genuine.

Twood comes off looking just salty. He better hope he wins this rematch. With a loss and how he's talking ufc never gonna give him another title shot. Just keep winning and make them love you. Yea the way Twood comes off it makes it seem like he's always been disrespected and because of his skin color he's less popular. Saying those types of things will only turn fans against him. He does seem like a good speaker when being an analyst on Fox and agreed that a loss in the next fight will really hurt his stock.
I don't think he's a bad guy and like his fighting style but he really shoots himself in the foot.

208 is Feb 11. Like others have said it def has the feel of a Fight Night or Fox card at best. It's a decent card overall but def lacking the star power. The 2nd and 3rd fights could be entertaining but won't really do much for their respective divisions. If Jacare gets a quick sub it'll be just like his Camozzi fight where he needs a win over a big name to get into the title picture.
Speaking of MW what is up with the Bisping-Romero fight? I don't see it happening in Buffalo for 210 so I'm thinking potentially May-June.

Besides quinton jackson, i'm struggling to think of popular black fighters. I remember rashad used to get booed and I couldn't understand why. He was a little flashy and cocky but I dunno why that would make people boo.

Woodley brought up that DJ is the best pound for pound fighter and wonders why he isn't the highest paid fighter or has the most sponsors. I think that's just silly, obviously he isn't the draw that Conor is and I don't think it has anything to do with skin color. If so, Floyd wouldn't be the highest paid boxer.
