Man once the PFL buys Bellator they better end that season tournament ******** and merge the roster. If they keep the brands separate they better put Doumbé on the Bellator side. Lorenz Larkin and Andrey Koreshkov are far more interesting and violent fights than anyone PFL has to offer.

Putting Doumbé in the tournament would be the worst thing for his career. The guy needs proper matchmaking for his first couple fights. Not some random Russian ready to take him down 20x.

Sign me up for any fight Doumbe is a part of. But just bring it to US broadcast. His next fight better not be blacked out again.

He has a main gym and coach in France, but he travels a bit around the international gyms. Worked out with john Kavanaugh at SBG and spots out in Holland.

I agree, they played Alex perfectly. I swear I called his path from the jump. It was very clear

I don't know enough PFL fighters but I wouldn't rush the Pettis fight either- even though Pettis is power washed I'd use him as that real showcase fight to seal the deal

Well I hope he's getting legit training. I don't trust SBG at all

I truly believe Ian wants to be the best in the world and knows in order to accomplish that you must master all areas of MMA. Him training in all these different gyms is a breath of fresh air. Look forward to the day him and shavkat collide if they can remain undefeated

We know Merab is more than deserving meritocracy wise but this is the fight game where they'll make the matchups that sell even if another guy isn't as deserving. We are getting Leon v Colby in Dec knowing Colby has in no way earned it and it looks like Chito will be fighting Suga early next year. I do feel for these guys but if you don't move the needle you're likely getting passed over until they've exhausted other options.

Love Garry's approach of not rushing to the title. He really wants to fight through the rankings and get at least another 3-4 fights beforehand. By the time he reaches the title fight, he'll be at his peak with all the right looks and experience from opponents. The eventual fight against Shavkat is going to be a fun watch.

Izzy was not really emphatic about demanding the next shot even though he said he knows what adjustments he needs to make
