The MMA Thread: DON'T ASK 4 STREAMS & NO GIFS- Cannonier, Imavov, Reyes, Rosas on NOW

So rda isn't the toughest matchup? Frankie and khabib maybe? Khabib coming off two year lay off, I'd consider rda a tougher matchup right now

Frankie is also tough but rda has been beating better comp
Frankie is Conor's toughest fight IMO. He has a chin, good boxing, punching power, and obviously wrestling.

I think frankie too little for conor, DAT REACH too much.

And I think RDA would wash Frankie if they fought at 55 or 45

Frankie's chin ain't standing up to Conor's left hand, Gray Maynard had him reeling all over the ring. In all other aspects though he's a tough match , but he catches a good shot and its done deal.

And I really don't care about the card at all anymore but I just hope they don't put Nate in there, with no training camp that's a pure squash match, not trying to see him get stopped because he took a short notice fight. Just sub in Cerrone and call it a day, it makes the most sense on every level. They already got beef, cerrone is in shape, hes used to quick turnarounds, and if he loses it doesn't mess up the 155 contenders. Nate would be way more interesting if he had a full camp, but not on 11 days notice.

I still think Nate's the fight.

There is a good chance there would never be a reason for them to fight again if it don't happen now.
This is the fight to make out of the fighters available.

I'm not really interested in seeing the Cowboy fight, dude can't seem to pull the trigger on big fights.

If only Bendo was still in the ufc, he would def step in and wash Conor with ease

I just don't get why it's laughable to say rda is arguably Conor's toughest match to make

Regardless Dana wasn't milking Conor when he made the rda fight. That was my point

Someone post Jose Aldo's ig pic from a few weeks ago when he said he'd fight Conor anytime anywhere but that Conor was "afraid to give him the belt back". Yikes

It's his own fault for losig the way he did. You can't talk after you've been destroyed.

Anyway, this ppv doesn't need saving. It'll already be the best event of 2016 because Miesha will finally get the belt.

Maybe not, but now is a perfect opportunity for him to to keep it going.
