The NBA Draft Thread

Except Russell was the best player on the team.

And led the starting lineup of him, Swaggy, a wet noodle, Randle and a Russian wet noodle to the best +/- for any lineup and that includes a bench that was scoring 50 points a night.

Or that the team was always significantly better when he was on the court.

But yeah, that team will get better without him

Not giving much merit to what Chad Ford says at all but Magic only explicitly mentioned BI as being untouchable and the #2 pick being all but off limits. I would hope to think they'd be able to get more than that for Ratsull though.

Stop being stubborn man.

Magic will trade DLo, the Lakers wins will go up next year, and you will still say DLo would've been the best player on the team had the Lakers kept him.

Meanwhile, DLo will go to Indiana or some other lottery bound team and will put up the exact same inconsistent numbers and you will still maintain that he's a stud. LMFAO.

How much Hollywood Russell payin you to be his cheerleader?

Sacramento should be trading the Lakers that #10 pick instantly if they could get D'Angelo. Draft Isaac at 5.

Problem is, I don't think that nets them either Collins or Kennard.

Don't think Collins gets past MN, and Kennard past the Knicks.

Isaac won't make it to 7 which would leave MN with Lauri or BPA. Wouldn't rule out a trade with Dallas either

Any reason Kennard cant become a Klay or Booker?

He's def not your typical white shooter either (Korver, Dunleavy, Novak etc). He can score in more ways than one.
