No I know they will sell and wont sell them all to one person i put a 5 pair limit. Its gonna be bad for business when the management is bad, sellem to one person thats what causes the riots and gets ur store robbed.Originally Posted by agold1002

My point exactly, Ive said it time and time again. JB has pissed all over the OG collectors with the crappy retro releases in recent years why not just flogthis one to death until bums are beggin for change in jordan XIs.
I say the same thing about those yeezys - if the shoes so hot why not bring em out on a proper GR with restocks etc. 175 bucks a pair would pay a fewfootlocker wage bills and if you saturate the market with them you stamp out the resellers making fake profits.

I got punked by Finishline and Eastbay, but thankfully I had 3 on reserve. I didnt end up with my sz 12-13 but I got 8.5, 9 and 11.5

I agree these should be mass produced. We've had sub-par releases for a long time. After a while the price will drop, but it won't be JB losing money,it'll be the stores overstocking these.

I have my FINISHLINE email confirmation and I am happy with that. Luckily my boy gave me a heads up about the spot I was going to...12 pairs total and about 10 people in line at 2AM. I wont be greedy. I am happy with my 2 pair.
Oh yeah my EASTBAY G order number got CANCELLED TODAY. I think I am going to email EASTBAY a letter complaining. I hate that they say it was "unprecedented" or "unexpected" surge of interest for the Retro XI. What are you smoking crack? Even sending the XI email to your customers as your site was crashing. I have learned my lesson. Next time I will def go NDC first. Lame....ugh.
and lastly...where are all the BIG MOUTHS...saying how LAME everyone is for hyping over a GR. "EASY COP!" "EASY COP!" dont sweat it...just go early and walk right in and get your pairs. thinking about putting my size 14 on ebay, take the money and get the size 13 or 12.5 I really wanted. Hate to do that though, don't want to be one of theresellers draining peoples wallets, would much rather trade.

the difference is that the shoes you can return....i only cop multiples from nike, eastbay, etc. a smart person will never lose money on reselling

*On another note I myself couldn't believe how many HYPEBEAST were out at this release.. I fell out of the shoe game for a whole year and this is whatbrought me back into it and I was just shocked @ the crowd I was surrounded by. I mean people were excited to get the shoes and they didn't even know whatthey looked like(Needless to say this was very annoying and proved they were there to strictly sell them).
And then what really annoyed even more so then what was just stated was that some dude tried to sell his spot for $100.. I just shook my head and laughed athim while he tried asking people in line to buy it for that much. He saw me and had this dumb stuoid looking face on which made me laugh even more..
SMH @ all the ******s that are just out for the hype!!!

Yea i used to see it a lot before i moved out the city and went to a small town. Dudes coming up that are in there 50's wearing camo and somepayless shoes trying to buy out the stock. I hope resellers do get stuck with all the shoes. Im getting my 3rd shippment friday so im sure other stores willdefinitley be getting more shipments coming in.

From my local mall in Sacramento by CBS. I was chillin at home though
[h2]Unruly Crowd Of Shoe Shoppers Force Mall Closure[/h2]Thousands of people pushed and shoved to try and get a re-released pair of Michael Jordan shoes that went on sale at Arden Fair Mall overnight.
Crowds were in line waiting for the release of Air Jordan 11. The crowd that gathered for the $175 sneakers became so unruly, police were brought in and the mall closed. As a result, many customers who had been standing in line for hours became angry. Some people were detained by police.
Some people reportedly tried to get into the mall through back doors.
Only six people were able to get shoes before the mall was closed. They received a special police escort from the mall to their vehicles.
Similar lines formed overnight at Sunrise Mall and K Street Mall.

i didnt get a pair cuz mine got canceled at champs.com... but even if these restock i think it will be a harder cop... cuz you wont know when to get it... youhave to be at the right place at the right time or they will sell out asap...
