**** It, Cuz That’s Why! :pimp: :pimp: :pimp:

Ended Up Going With The Size 9 Since The Guy Was Willing To Budge To $500 And Also Had The Toddler Size To Go With For $150. All In All Couldn’t Be Happier With These In Hand :wow: I’m In Shock That This Dude Went 2/2 On These Via SNKRS App! I Told Him To Take My Money Straight To The Casinos

Will Buy Up Every Remaining Pair I Can At That Same Price Point Here Locally :nthat:

Did the size 9 work out for you?

That's a little exaggerated wouldn't you say?

Honestly, in France the BW were a great classic from 1992 to 2002, after 2000/2002 there was a big return of the AM90 but it remained for anyone who was teenager in the 90s a big classic, passed 1998 in the street the BW was replaced by "requin" TN (requin = shark)

for me a reference related to my memories ... the air max 1 we have seen very little of all those years compared to the 90 or the BW, I remember a BW went out for the 2000 years with wolf grey color (nubuck) a "jewel" this pair (she always drag in my cellar and I always have the collector bag that was provided with), one of the most beautiful BW that I had with the OG persian, and with the BW brown nubuck with blue swoosh...

in my city in the north-east of France in the 90s we all wore that, but I'm a little older than you (my generation is 1976/1980), the basketball shoes were worn 88 to 92 (just before the air max), after that it was the air max (triax, structure, BW, TN, etc), but each country each region to its peculiarities

my older cousins always told me Stan Smith and Superstars were THE shoes before the AMs lol, didn't even know there was a Chuck/basketball shoes trend in France

I'm a former basketball player, so I wore basketball shoes before air max and we still saw a lot in the children I was part of (i wore nike air authority, pump / blacktop, BK dymacel for example), but yes it's all right for the Stan Smith and superstar we saw them lot more than the basketball shoes, in the 80s adidas it was what we saw the most, without your stan smith you were not fashionable lol, but, it's true that basketball shoes have never been too fashionable in France except maybe end of 1980 early 1990 (it has not lasted long)

sorry for my bad english, french college level lol

I never wanted a pair of shoes more than I wanted the Air Max Plus in 99. Sadly, it wasn't in the cards due to price and I've still never owned a pair. Ended up with the baby blue Question low instead.

same for me in 1998/99 I could not afford it, but I don't really understand why nike or footlocker did not come out the true TN OG blue for this 20th anniversary, it suck! really suck! also heard that the air max plus in terms of quality is really not what it was (limit false are better quality ^^ lol)

my last TN... about 2009 (2009 pics, good memories)

I lived in Port Royal, Paris about three years ago due to my grad studies and noticed that a lot of people there wore Stan Smiths and classic Adidas like Gazelles, Campus etc. It was a nice sight! From what I felt back then the Air Max Plus is still strong in France, Germans mostly associate that shoe in particular with french sneaker culture!

Good memories...Tacchini, Lacoste, TNs

Still wearing those clothes, i just try to not put tracksuit top and bottom together so it doesn't look too cliché, so 90% of my time I'm in tracksuit tops and jeans lol
But still repping the old school way :nthat:

And Superstars, Nike Dunks, AF-1s.
Yes I remember Suede adidas Campuses was the go-to shoe for many.

In early 2000s I wanted a pair of White-green superstar..... couldn’t get it. Ended up with white-baby Blue mid-top Proshell for $30 on disco.

Wasn’t until 2006, 2007 I saw Air Max coming back. DQM AM90 is the ****. Dave Ortiz is the guru. That toebox mudguard...... justifies a guy that wear pink.

1/2 ago I bought a pair of White-green Superstar at Nordstrom for $50. Lmao.... dream shoe.

Anyone know where to get watermelons US12 for the low?

Not completely sold on them. Might be a good summer shoe, need to see I’m hand though. TIA
