The Official Charity, Donation, Causes thread

If theirs already thread for this buried somewhere please delete this mods. First of all I this thread isnt meant to shame or make others feel inadequate in anyway. I've always tried to involve myself with some kind of charity or cause atleast once a year since high school (was a requirement for most of the schools sports teams so I didn't have a choice in the first place) and after the rough *** year we all just had I figured a thread were we (NTers) could share organizations or causes they either contribute to or may even be part of already. Some examples could be

1. Homelessness
2. Nature conservation/Global Warming
3. Food drives
4. Social Justice and equality organizations
5. Causes for the youth
6. Global outreach
7. Health and Wellness
8. Go Fund Me's

These are just a few examples. Be cool if this could stay on the front page but I can understand if it doesn't. I'm really curious to see if anyone here is running any sort of organization. Here's 2 things I participated this year for anyone that lives in MD who may want to get involved in

I have never asked for donations before, but please help Save me and my girlfriend's cat. He needs emergency surgery.
