That's what I'm thinking, IGN ALWAYS overrates the big blockbuster titles and Madden only gets an 8.0. Madden 10 got a 8.9 and that was just disgusting, I maybe played that game for 3 weeks.

Until 2K gets to make NFL games again EA will just keep pushing out these roster updates every year. For them to completely not touch the franchise mode is inexcusable.

Guess it's only Halo and 2K11 for me the rest of the year and the RDD DLCs.

The way EA explained it is that the Swagger rating represents how likely a player will celebrate after making a big play.

For instance Ochocinco has a Swagger rating of 99, so if he scores a TD it is probable that he'll some special celebration, whereas Carson Palmer has a 78 Swagger rating so if he throws a TD his celebration will be more subdued compared to Ochocinco.

I'm pretty sure this is going to be the first Madden I am passing on buying EVER (I've been getting Madden since '00). After reading reviews, it just doesn't look like a game I am going to be playing constantly (so I am basically saying it looks like the same old Madden).

I'm hoping a friend of mine will be getting it so I can run some games with the Jets.
